According to the agency, on November 2, 2025, a citizen named B. B. approached the police, stating that on November 1, at one of the major markets in the capital, a woman he barely knew introduced herself as Z. Gaining his trust, she took women's clothing worth 564,000 soms from him but did not return the money and disappeared.
During operational activities, law enforcement identified the suspect — Y. Z., born in 1996. She was arrested and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
