According to some media reports, the Deputy Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan, Ryspek Sydygaliev, has been detained. The information came from sources close to the investigative authorities.
The main reason for the detention is suspicions of corrupt activities associated with his name.
The official is currently in the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
Ryspek Sydygaliev took office in December 2025.
