According to the information provided, on February 17, a signal was received by the "102" service that a young man was offering drugs to girls in one of the houses on Matyyev Street. The applicant reported that his niece was at this address and she was also offered to try narcotic substances.
Arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers confirmed these facts and took two girls and a young man to the station.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident in accordance with Article 287 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to the enticement to use narcotic and psychotropic substances, as well as their analogs.
The suspect, born in 1992 and known as K. Zh., has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs. The investigation is currently ongoing.
