According to the agency, during operational activities, a citizen identified as M.D.A., born in 1989, was apprehended. Law enforcement agencies reported that he was involved in the illegal distribution of psychotropic substances in 2025, after which he went into hiding and was placed on the wanted list.
The detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs.
According to the legislation, crimes related to the illegal trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances carry penalties, including property confiscation and imprisonment for a term of 5 to 15 years.
Further investigative actions are underway.
