At the same time, investigative actions were being conducted within the framework of a criminal case opened under Article 205 of the Criminal Code. Based on the collected operational information, sanctioned searches were carried out at the residences of the organized crime group members.
During the search, a 12-caliber firearm was found and seized from 36-year-old M.N. A forensic ballistic examination has been appointed.
Also, during the search at the residence of 60-year-old S.M., who is also listed among the organized crime group, 29-year-old S.A. was detained. He had been wanted since 2021 on charges of large-scale fraud, as announced by the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
By the order of the Pervomaisky District Court, S.A. has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
