On the same day, around 13:30, police officers detained a young man who raised suspicion. During the search, a white powdery substance with a characteristic smell was found in his possession, packaged in bundles and wrapped in duct tape.
The detainee turned out to be 16-year-old K.B. Ten bricks containing the specified substance were seized from him.
According to the results of the forensic chemical examination, this is the psychotropic substance a-PVP.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative actions and operational measures are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of this incident and possible accomplices.
