According to information provided by the GKNB press service, "B.M.B.", born in 1992, during the investigation of a serious crime against the sexual integrity of a minor, committed by a group of individuals (including N.E., S.B., and K.Ö.), decided to exempt two of them (S.B. and K.Ö.) from criminal liability, despite the forensic evidence confirming their involvement.
Furthermore, the state committee emphasized that "B.M.B." coerced the minor into giving false testimony in defense of "S.B." and "K.Ö." in order to legitimize his unlawful decision.
According to the ruling of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, "B.M.B." was placed in custody in the pre-trial detention center of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The GKNB also noted that additional investigations will be conducted within the framework of the criminal case regarding the rape of the minor, and all involved individuals will be held accountable.
