According to reports, the operation was conducted jointly with the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to combat corruption in law enforcement agencies.
The detainee was identified as B.M.B., born in 1992. He was investigating a serious crime against the sexual integrity of a minor, committed by a group of individuals (including N.E., S.B., and K.O.). Despite the results of a forensic medical examination confirming the guilt of all participants, the investigator decided to terminate the criminal prosecution against two suspects — S.B. and K.O..
The State National Security Committee stated that to legitimize his decision, the detainee allegedly coerced the minor into giving knowingly false testimony in defense of the released suspects.

B.M.B. was placed in custody by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek and sent to the pre-trial detention center of the State National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
Additionally, the agency reported that the materials of the criminal case regarding the rape of the minor will be further investigated, and all involved parties will be held accountable in accordance with current legislation.
