A suspect in the robbery at the 'Globus' parking lot has been detained in Bishkek.

According to information provided by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District, on January 4, 2026, a citizen identified as Ы. К. reported to the police about an attack on him. According to the victim, around 05:30 at the parking lot of the "Globus" store, he was attacked by unknown individuals, who inflicted physical harm and took 10,000 soms, as well as a video recorder worth about 5,000 soms. After committing the crime, the perpetrators fled the scene.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of investigative and operational activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify and detain one of the suspects – Ж. М. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At this time, efforts are ongoing to identify other participants in the crime, their roles, and possible accomplices.
