Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police tracked down the suspect, who turned out to be 34-year-old M. F. He was arrested and taken to the investigative service. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the arrest, one of the stolen phones was found with him, which is now recognized as material evidence.
Additionally, it was revealed that the second phone was sold for 18,000 soms to an employee of one of the shopping centers in the capital named K. He was also taken to the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department for further investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
