On December 27, 2025, employees of the Traffic Safety Department of the Chui Region stopped a KIA Optima vehicle. The driver, born in 1995 and named K.Sh., presented his driver's license, which raised doubts among the inspectors.
In connection with this, a pre-investigation check was initiated, during which an examination was appointed. The results showed that the license, issued on March 29, 2024, was made using a standard inkjet printer and did not meet the standards established for official driver's license forms provided by the State Enterprise "Unaa" as a sample. As a result, this document was recognized as forged.
In this regard, law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case under Article 379 ("Document Forgery") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
