According to the victim, the incident occurred on February 9 at around 10:30 PM in the residential area of Tynchtyk. An unknown individual attacked him, beat him, and damaged the side mirrors of his Honda Odyssey vehicle.
This case was registered in accordance with Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, identified as T.Sh. and born in 2006, has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
