An incident occurred in the Alamudun district involving a shepherd who embezzled and misappropriated property from a farm worth 3.7 million soms. This was reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
It became known that a representative of the farm "K.J." filed a complaint with the Alamudun district police against a citizen, J.E., born in 1998.
According to the information provided, in October 2025, J.E. entered into an agreement for the maintenance and grazing of 50 calves until April 2026. However, in January 2026, he independently sold the animals and lost the 3.7 million soms he received in an online casino.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the embezzlement and misappropriation of entrusted property. J.E. was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation into this criminal case is currently ongoing.
