At 19:40, the medical station of the complex received a report about the injured girl. A medical worker immediately went to the scene to provide assistance, and a private ambulance was also called. It was later decided to begin the descent to the injured girl for her transportation to the ambulance. The girl was taken to a specialized medical facility for examination under the supervision of doctors and relatives, according to information from "Kashkulak".

The administration's statement emphasizes that there are specialized class A nets in dangerous areas that meet international standards. Given the speed and trajectory of the girl's movement, as well as the absence of any braking attempts, the net was damaged, which led to the fall. The injured girl, T.A., born in 2006, sustained a traumatic brain injury, a concussion, a complete anterior dislocation of the head of the right femur, and an open fracture of the arm with displacement. The installation of another barrier in this area could have led to more serious consequences, noted a representative of the administration.
