
During the investigation, it was revealed that design organizations and construction companies used false data in the project and estimate documentation regarding the provision of parking spaces for residents. Based on this data, residential complex projects received approval from the architectural officials of Osh. Instead of the designated parking lots, commercial buildings were constructed on these sites, which became possible due to the inaction of responsible persons.

As a result of the collected materials, the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case, within which the first deputy chief architect of Osh, T. Y. K., and the city architecture specialist, T. Z. M., were detained. They have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
