“From 2000 to 2004, this real estate object was transferred by the Republican Center for Land and Agrarian Reform to third parties without conducting the necessary competition, which violates the requirements of the Regulation ‘On the Features of Denationalization and Privatization of State Farms and Other State (Municipal) Agricultural Enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic,’” noted the State Committee.
As a result of the conducted inspection, the land plot with a total area of 1.5 hectares and the buildings on it were returned to state ownership.
