As a result of an inspection conducted by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of the Kyrgyz Republic, it was established that the territory of the former machine yard of the Ministry of Agriculture in the village of Tamchy was illegally transferred to private ownership.
According to the information from the security service, from 2000 to 2004, the specified property was sold to third parties by the Republican Center for Land and Agrarian Reform under the Ministry of Agriculture without conducting the necessary competitive procedures, which is a violation of the Regulation on the Denationalization and Privatization of Agricultural Enterprises and State Farms in the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the inspection, the state managed to reclaim a land plot of 1.5 hectares, including the buildings located on it.
