
Special services found that between 2000 and 2004, this real estate was transferred to third parties without the mandatory conduct of a competition, which contradicts the norms of the law "On the Features of Denationalization and Privatization of State Farms and Other State (Municipal) Agricultural Enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic".

The results of the inspection showed that the land plot and the corresponding structures were removed from state ownership in violation of the established privatization procedure. As a result of the investigation, a plot of land measuring 1.5 hectares, including all structures, was returned to the state fund.
The GKNB also emphasizes that work continues to suppress illegal privatization schemes, and similar inspections are being conducted regarding other objects of state organizations.
