A driver on the Bishkek–Osh highway has been fined for crossing into oncoming traffic.

According to information from the Traffic Safety Department (UOBDD) of the Osh region, the incident occurred on February 4. The driver, born in 1994 and with the surname U.B., driving a "Honda Stepwgn," ignored a traffic light signal and committed a violation by entering the oncoming lane.

He was assigned the following fines:

- 5,500 soms for failing to comply with traffic light requirements,

- 15,000 soms for entering the oncoming traffic lane.

Thus, the total amount of the fine was 20,500 soms.
