The agency reports that in 1999, employees of the Suzak District State Administration made a decision that contradicted the legislation regarding the transfer of the land plot from the state land fund into private hands for the agricultural enterprise of meat and dairy direction "A".
Based on this unlawful order, a state certificate was issued, which confirmed the right of private ownership of this land plot, which was also illegal.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, all identified violations have been rectified, and the land plot has returned to state control.
