The suspect sold the stolen sheep and spent the proceeds
In the Issyk-Ata district, there was a case of sheep theft using the Lalafo platform, according to information provided by the Interior Ministry of the Chui region.
The victim, D.T., born in 1994, reported to the police. He stated that on January 19, an unfamiliar person approached him, introducing himself as a potential buyer, and, having gained his trust, took away 15 heads of livestock without paying for them.
A criminal case was initiated in accordance with Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational actions, the suspect, Sh.Sh., born in 1995, was detained and subsequently placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the stolen sheep had been sold, and the proceeds were used by the suspect for personal needs.
