Suspects in the crime detained
In the Chuy region, law enforcement officers have arrested suspects in a large-scale fraud case. This information was provided by the regional internal affairs department.
According to the police, on June 21, 2025, a local resident, Sh. V., born in 1981, approached the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district. He stated that in late January 2025, I. A. and her accomplices deceitfully took possession of his apartment.
Subsequently, the apartment was resold to third parties, causing damage amounting to 80 thousand dollars.
Based on these events, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects, I. A. (born in 1995) and M. E. (born in 1994), have been placed in custody.
Further investigation into this case is ongoing.
