According to information provided by the police department of the Issyk-Ata district, on June 21, 2025, a citizen identified as Sh. V., born in 1981 and a resident of the village of Luxembourg, reported to the police. The investigation established that at the end of January of the same year, I. A. and her accomplices deceitfully took possession of the applicant's apartment, abusing his trust.
After the apartment was re-registered in the names of the suspects, they resold it for financial gain.
As a result of these actions, the victim suffered damages amounting to 80 thousand dollars, which at the current exchange rate is equivalent to 6,991,200 soms.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational measures, police officers were able to identify and detain I. A., born in 1995, and M. E., born in 1994. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they were placed in custody in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
