The man, born in 1981, contacted the police on June 21, 2025. He reported that at the end of January, a group of unknown individuals, using deception and abusing his trust, illegally took possession of his housing, re-registering it in their name, and then resold the apartment to third parties.
According to the information, the material damage amounted to 80 thousand dollars, which is equivalent to 6,991,200 soms at the current exchange rate.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify the suspects: I.A., born in 1995, and M.E., born in 1994. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
