The agency reports that some pawnshops violate the requirements of the law "On the Activities of Pawnshops" and the provisions regarding "Minimum Requirements for Organizing the Activities of Pawnshops on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic," established by government resolution No. 353 dated July 8, 2017. In particular, cases were identified where civil passports, birth certificates, and state acts of private property rights were accepted as collateral.
