Due to the unstable avalanche situation, there is a likelihood of snow avalanches and snow drifts in the mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan on February 4.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the most dangerous sections are the Bishkek-Osh highway between kilometers 198–255, including the Ala-Bel pass and the Chychkan gorge. Icy conditions and snow accumulation are also forecasted on these routes.
"Drivers should maintain a safe distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles," the agency emphasized.
