30 hectares of land in Karakol transferred to state ownership
The State Commission for Combating Corruption (GKNB) reported the return of 30 hectares of land in Karakol to state ownership, which had previously been illegally privatized. These plots were located within the territory of JEMISH JSC and were distributed among the company's shareholders and employees.

All the land is situated in the Masančy area to the northwest of Karakol, and their return was made possible thanks to the efforts of law enforcement agencies.

As a result of the conducted activities, the former owners of the land plots agreed to return them to the state. Plans for the further use of these territories already exist: the construction of a new residential complex is planned, estimated to cost more than 22 million soms.
