The GKNB returned 30 hectares of agricultural land to the state in the Masanchy area of the city of Karakol.
According to available data, these plots were unlawfully excluded from the lands of JEMISH JSC and distributed among the shareholders and employees of this company, which is located in the northwest of Karakol.
As a result of the investigative actions taken, the former shareholders and employees of JEMISH JSC decided to voluntarily return the aforementioned 30 hectares for the needs of the city's expansion.
A new residential complex is planned to be built on this land, with an estimated cost of more than 22 million soms.
