30 hectares of illegally privatized land in Karakol have been returned to the state

Recently, it became known about the return of land plots to state ownership that were previously illegally privatized in Karakol. This information was provided by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).

According to the committee's data, these are agricultural lands with a total area of about 30 hectares, located in the "Masanchi" area of Karakol.

It is specified that these plots were illegally allocated from the lands of JSC "Zhemish" and distributed among its shareholders and employees.

As a result of the conducted activities, the former shareholders and employees of JSC "Zhemish" agreed to return these lands for the purpose of expanding the urban territory. The municipality plans to create a new residential area, the cost of which is estimated at more than 22 million soms.
