The enforcement proceedings were completed by the Suzak District Department, which collected the debt from the LLC "Jasur-Komur" for the State Tax Service.
According to the agency's information, on September 24, 2025, the Suzak District Court issued a ruling under which 1 million 35 thousand 694 soms were recovered from the debtor in favor of the GNS management for the Suzak District.
During the enforcement of the court order, coercive measures were taken, as a result of which the entire amount of the debt was successfully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Representatives of the bailiff service noted that work to ensure the timely and quality execution of court decisions continues on an ongoing basis.
