The Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported the recovery of an amount of 1,035,694 soms in favor of the State Tax Service.
According to information provided by the service, the enforcement proceedings against LLC "Jasur-Komur" were completed thanks to the decisions of the Suzak District Court issued on September 24, 2025. This judicial act became the basis for the recovery of the specified amount.
During the enforcement process, coercive measures were applied, which led to the full return of the amount to the claimant in accordance with the norms of Kyrgyz legislation. The enforcement document was completed and returned to the Suzak District Court.
