On the detainee's page, according to the results of a judicial linguistic examination, open publications related to an extremist and terrorist organization, whose activities are banned in Kyrgyzstan, were found.

Based on the collected evidence, a criminal case was initiated against 22-year-old R.Kh. uulu under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Production and distribution of extremist materials). The suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing, and the police are establishing possible accomplices and other circumstances of the case.
