According to law enforcement agencies, on January 20 at 10:00, a 36-year-old resident named S.Y. was brought to the Center for General Medical Practice, but he died in the ambulance. A forensic investigative group was called to the scene.
Preliminary data indicates that on the evening of January 19, the man met with two acquaintances — P.I. and M.M., with whom he had previously had a conflict. Returning home in an intoxicated state, he showed signs of having been beaten. Later, when his condition became critical, attempts were made to transport him to a medical facility.
A forensic medical examination established that the cause of death was a severe head injury. In this regard, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
After conducting operational measures, law enforcement officers were able to identify the alleged participants in the incident. P.I., born in 2001, and M.M., born in 1985, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
