Two individuals have been detained in the Moscow district on charges of murdering their acquaintance, as reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region.
According to law enforcement information, on January 20 at around 10:00, a signal was received at the duty station of the Moscow district police department from the Center for General Medical Practice, stating that a 34-year-old citizen, S.Y., had died in an ambulance before reaching the hospital.
Following the report, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene to check the circumstances.
During the investigation, it was revealed that S.Y. had previously had a conflict with two acquaintances — P.I. and M.M. The day before, on January 19, around 22:00, he visited them, and upon returning home, he was in a state of intoxication and had injuries.
A forensic medical examination confirmed that the man's death resulted from a blunt force trauma to the head, with recorded fractures of the left frontal bone, intracranial hemorrhage, and severe brain contusion.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspects, P.I., born in 2001, and M.M., born in 1985, were detained in accordance with the procedure established by Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
