According to law enforcement data, on January 26, 2026, at 9:01 AM, a call was received at service 102 from one of the hotels on Kuliev Street. It was reported that a man had stabbed a girl, and she died at the scene.
A forensic investigative group was dispatched to the incident site. It was established that there had been a long-term romantic relationship between D.M. and R.E. That day, after consuming alcohol, a quarrel broke out between them, during which R.E. stabbed her partner in the arm, to which he responded by stabbing her in the neck.
Following the incident, the investigative service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The suspect, born in 2002, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs.
