According to reports from the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs, a tragic incident occurred in one of the hotels on Kuliev Street, resulting in the death of a young woman.
Law enforcement agencies reported that a signal about the incident was received by service 102 at 09:01. An investigative operational group and management immediately went to the scene.
During the investigation, it was established that a quarrel arose between two individuals, D.M. and R.E., who had a romantic relationship, after consuming alcoholic beverages. During the conflict, R.E. inflicted a knife wound to D.M.'s arm, to which the suspect reacted by stabbing his partner in the neck.
In connection with this fact, the Investigative Service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Department of Internal Affairs.
