On the Bishkek - Osh highway, an oil tanker caught fire. Two people died.

According to information provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the incident occurred in the Jayil district on the 140th kilometer of the highway. A tanker truck carrying hazardous materials caught fire here. The report of the fire was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the fire and rescue unit No. 22 of the Jayil district departed for the scene at 11:36.

The fire was completely extinguished by 14:44. Unfortunately, as a result of this incident, two people lost their lives, and their identities have not yet been established.

After the completion of all emergency rescue operations, traffic on the highway was restored, and vehicles can now move freely in both directions.
