According to the press service of the GKNB, the provision of land plots was carried out without the necessary procedures, such as the calculation and payment of forest losses, the absence of a positive conclusion from the state ecological expertise, as well as without registration in the cadastral authorities, which implies the absence of identification codes for real estate objects. In addition, the requirements for architectural and urban planning control were violated.
As a result of these violations, the damage from the non-payment of forest losses exceeded 23 million soms.The akim of the district, A. B. M., is also suspected of having, in 2024, despite the lack of necessary permits, colluded with former deputy of the rural district Ak-Dobo S. I. A. and the former head of the same district B. O. J. to issue a permit for the felling of 475 poplar trees in the Bakai-Ata district. The damage caused to the state in this case amounts to 5 million 310 thousand 505 soms.
In the criminal cases initiated on charges of "Abuse of Office," A. B. M. and A. N. J. were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Talas Internal Affairs Department.
