Drunk Driver in Bishkek "Gave a Ride" on the Hood to a Policeman

A car hooligan was detained without documents


In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, an incident occurred involving a drunk driver who drove more than 50 meters while carrying a police officer on the hood of his car. This was reported by representatives of the Patrol Service of the Police.
According to law enforcement agencies, the incident took place on January 19, 2026, around 6:00 PM. The driver of a Toyota Estima, while in a state of intoxication and without a driver's license, was operating the vehicle.

Despite the lawful demand from the patrol inspectors to stop, the driver ignored the signal and drove off with the police officer on the hood.

The fact of this offense was recorded in the automated information system (AIS) of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.

The detained individual was identified as T. I., born in 1986. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 (Minor Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
