In Bishkek, the organization of closed private parties for adults has been shut down.

In Bishkek, the activities related to organizing closed adult parties were halted, as reported by local law enforcement agencies. Information about such events was received on January 6, 2026, from police officers who learned that a group of people was conducting closed parties in the capital. These events were accompanied by the posting of photo and video materials on social networks, including Instagram and Telegram channels.

This incident was documented in the AIS ZHUY of the Bishkek City Police Department.

During the investigation, it was established that the parties were held in a closed format, and the organizers would choose locations in advance, changing them each time by renting different venues.

As a result of the violations, administrative protocols were drawn up against the following citizens: T.I. (born 2002), I.A. (born 1996), O.G. (born 2001), R.D. (born 1999), and J.A. (born 2001). Each of them was fined 10,000 soms under Article 109 (Distribution of pornographic materials) of the Code of Offenses.

Additionally, as a result of the conducted measures, the activities of one of the establishments where the aforementioned parties took place were terminated, and fines were imposed on it in accordance with the same code.

Law enforcement agencies strongly urge citizens, parents, and youth to adhere to public moral norms and legislation, emphasizing that participation in the distribution of pornographic materials via the internet and messengers may lead to legal consequences.
