Around 12 tons of sausage products from Russia were not allowed into Kyrgyzstan
At the checkpoint "Ak-Tilek," located in the Chui region, 11,720 kg of sausage products were discovered that were being illegally imported from Russia. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources, and Processing Industry.

During the inspection, it became clear that the veterinary and sanitary requirements established by the Eurasian Economic Union had been violated.

"All necessary acts were drawn up regarding this incident, and the import of this cargo into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic was prohibited," the official statement said. "As a result, the cargo was returned back to the Russian Federation through the checkpoint 'Ak-Tilek.'"
