11 tons of sausage products not allowed into Kyrgyzstan from Russia

11 tons of sausage products were not allowed into Kyrgyzstan from Russia

At the checkpoint "Ak-Tilek," located in the Chui region, 11,720 kilograms of sausage products were returned, which were attempted to be illegally imported from Russia into Kyrgyzstan. This information was received from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During an inspection conducted by veterinary control inspectors at the border, a violation of veterinary and sanitary standards established by the Eurasian Economic Union was detected.

As a result, appropriate reports were drawn up, and the import of this batch of goods was prohibited. Thus, the cargo was returned to the Russian Federation through the "Ak-Tilek" checkpoint.
