As a result of the operational information received, the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Oktobrskiy district initiated a criminal case under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale."
The detainee was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, the investigation is ongoing, and all facts related to this case, as well as possible accomplices, are being established.
