It all began on December 31, 2025, when the police received information about illegal activities in the Oktyabrsky District. As a result, a preliminary investigation was initiated.
Officers from the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained two teenagers, identified as A.N. and A.Y., both born in 2006. They voluntarily handed over 36 bundles wrapped in black tape, containing narcotic substances.
Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 ("Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing.
