Night Stabbing in the "Ak-Ordo" Residential Area of Bishkek: Two Detained
According to information from the police, a call was received at service 102, after which a minor, K.D., born in 2009, was taken to the hospital with injuries sustained from a sharp object.
A forensic investigative group was dispatched to the scene. The victim's father, A.Zh., reported that on January 12, his son was attacked by unknown individuals in front of their house. The teenager was urgently hospitalized in one of the capital's hospitals.
Preliminary medical examinations revealed that the boy had an open wound on his thigh, as well as multiple stab wounds on his left arm and lower back.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under the article "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Necessary examinations have been appointed for further investigation.
As a result of operational search activities, the suspects — I.A. and T.T., born in 2003, were detained. They have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
