The incident occurred in the village of Kozhomkul (Voenno-Antonovka) on the night of January 12 to 13. At around 00:30, a familiar person, along with several companions, came to a girl living in this settlement. Using force, they forcibly seated her in a Honda Stepwgn car and took her away.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 172 ("Kidnapping a person for the purpose of marriage") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Law enforcement officers acted quickly and detained two suspects: B.N., born in 2001, and Sh.N., born in 2002. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
