The incident occurred on the evening of January 13, when a video appeared on social media showing a man, a participant in a road conflict, pulling out an object resembling a gun. According to information provided by the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, as a result of the incident, N. I., born in 1990, was detained. He was issued a protocol for petty hooliganism under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Subsequently, the detainee was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Police officers also seized a pneumatic pistol from the suspect.
