In Bishkek, a man was detained for threatening with a pistol during a road conflict

A man threatening with a gun during a road conflict was detained in Bishkek
Recently, a video surfaced on social media capturing an incident at the final stop of route No. 100 in Bishkek. The footage shows an unidentified man threatening other participants in the conflict, saying: "Do you want to talk by the law? Come here," after which he pulls out an object resembling a gun.

This incident occurred the evening before. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District of Bishkek confirmed that information about the incident was registered in their automated system.

During the investigation, law enforcement agencies identified the participant in the conflict, a 33-year-old citizen N.I., who was detained and taken to the district internal affairs department. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning petty hooliganism. After that, the detainee was placed in a temporary detention cell.

Upon inspection, a pneumatic pistol was found on the man, which was confiscated.

Law enforcement agencies emphasized that any illegal actions entail responsibility in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and urged citizens to maintain public order.
