In Bishkek, a man started breaking a staircase in protest against the installation of cameras
The man, dissatisfied with the installation of the equipment, got into a heated exchange with the building manager and the workers installing the cameras. The footage also shows him attempting to break a ladder.
The incident was recorded in the automated information system of the Housing and Utilities Department of the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District of Bishkek. The detained individual, Y. M., born in 1997, was taken to the district police department.
A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
The Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District reminded that the use of foul language and aggressive behavior in public places may lead to liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
