Nearly 70,000 taxpayers in Kyrgyzstan have already submitted their tax returns

As of March 23, 69,851 taxpayers have already submitted their declarations.

Among them are 26,219 legal entities and 43,632 state and municipal officials, as well as individual citizens, as reported by the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan.

The tax service strongly urges taxpayers not to postpone the submission of their declarations until the last moment.

We remind you that by April 1, the following must submit their declarations:

– domestic organizations, except for those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;

– foreign organizations operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with the establishment of a permanent establishment;

– state and municipal officials;

– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank;

– heads and deputy heads of institutions, enterprises, or organizations with state participation.

By May 1, the following must submit their declarations:

– individual entrepreneurs (except for those working in trade zones with special regimes, on a patent basis, at unified tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant (farm) households without the formation of a legal entity);

– citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic working in international organizations and in diplomatic or consular institutions of foreign states on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;

– individuals who received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld for the reporting period.

Other categories of individuals wishing to receive social or property deductions have the right to submit a tax declaration on a voluntary basis.
